we are making the puffs and so-call chocolate cornflakes..

in the mixing bowl after add-in the eggs
put it into the pastry bag and squeeze it out..
the PUFFs - after baked
The Cream...
turn into cream puffs
the chocolate...
to make it like this....
Next... the Chocolate Cornflakes....
this is the cornflakes that we use...
and this is the chocolate we use,make sure u control its temperature very well...
u will need a spec to make sure its temperature =X
put the cornflakes in the bowl then mix it..
then do like what the pics show u.. and it's done!
